Chef/Kitchen Manager 40 Hours per week- $42,500+ depending on experience
The Amazing team at Bath’s Mae’s Café and Bakery is seeking a Chef/Kitchen Manager 5 days a week. This is management position.
Experience in professional kitchens is a requirement. Responsibilities/Qualifications:
1.) A sense of urgency and a strong work ethic
2.) Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people.
3.) Strong communication skills. Must be dependable, flexible, reliable and motivated.
4.) Must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
5.) Must ensure execution of operating standards meets or exceeds Guest expectations. In addition, must ensure safety and sanitary standards are met.
